PENGARUH LATIHAN PASSING BERPASANGAN, PASSING BEBAS TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PASSING BAWAH BOLAVOLI ANAK SMP DI DUSUN TUGU CERME GRESIK
The aim of this study is to find out whether there is an effect and difference between giving paired passing practice and free passing on the ability to pass down. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The research design used was the Pre-test and Post-test Design Group. Research results by looking at the results of the paired sample t-test or t-test with a level of 0.05. The results obtained in this study were the difference between pret test and posttest with paired sample t-test, the significant value of the experimental group pretest - posttest was obtained at 0.00 < 0.05, so the results of the experimental pretest and posttest after experiencing changes / differences significant. while the significant value of the control group pretest - posttest obtained p-value 0.076> 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the average pretest and posttest in the control group. This shows that without treatment the results are not different. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between pair training and free practice on the ability to pass down volleyball.
