Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar fleksibilitas pinggang, pergelangan tangan,.kekuatan otot perut,
power.lengan.terhadap standing shoot bola tangan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah Literature Review yakni
mengumpulkan beberapa artikel-artikel yang memilik keterkaiatan khususnya dengan Standing Shoot melalui literatur
dapat disimpulkan seberapa besar presentase kontribusi fleksibilitas pinggang, pergelangan tangan, kekuatan otot perut,
power lengan terhadap standing shoot bola.tangan. Dari pengumpulan data tersebut analisis literature dapat dicari dengan
keyword “bola tangan”, “kontribusi fleksibilitas pinggang”, “pergelangan tangan”, “kekuatan otot perut”, “power lengan”,
dan “Standing shoot”. Berdasarkan hasil dari beberapa artikel yang sudah dikumpulkan yakni kontribusi fleksbilitas
pinggang, pergelangan tangan, kekuatan otot perut, power lengan sangat signifikan terhadao Standing Shoot bola tangan.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how big of waist, wrist flexibility, abdominal muscle strength, arm power to
the standing shoot of the handball. The method in this study is a.Literature.Review, which collects several articles that
have a special connection with Standing Shoot through the literature it can be concluded how big the percentage
contribution of waist, wrist flexibility, abdominal muscle strength, arm power to handball standing shoots. From the data
collection, literature analysis can be searched with the keywords "handball", "contribution of waist flexibility", "wrist",
"abdominal muscle strength", "arm power", and "Standing shoot". Based on the results of several articles that have been
collected, the contribution of waist flexibility, wrist flexibility, abdominal muscle strength, arm power is very significant
to standing shooting handball.
