PENGARUH PERBEDAAN LATIHAN ZIG ZAG RUN DAN SHUTTLE RUN TERHADAP KELINCAHAN PEMAIN FUTSAL
To win a futsal match reguires the agility of each playerThis study aims to determine the difference in the effect of lari zig zag run and shuttle run training on the agility of futsal players. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research. Data collection in this study began with the testers doing lari zig zag run and shuttle run exercises by passing the cone with the given time as quickly as possible. The population in this study were Akatsuki FA futsal players, totaling 26 people who were designated as samples. The results showed that the shuttle run training method was more effective in increasing agility than the lari zig zag run ning exercise. In this study, athletes were treated with shuttle runs and zig-zag runs in 16 face-to-face sessions. The shuttle run and zig-zag running are agility training activities that can be used in this study to improve agility. This is supported by the data acquisition of the increase in the shuttle run group having a mean of 2.54 points/30 seconds, while the increase in the acquisition of the zig-zag running group having a mean of 1.23 points/30 seconds or (2.54 > 1.23). It can be concluded that the shuttle run exercise is more effective than the zig-zag running exercise in increasing the agility of the Akatsuki FA futsal athlete.
