Pagar nusa is one of the martial arts colleges that is very well known by the people of Gresik Regency because it has good achievements at the regency level. But the level of achievement of pagar nusa Gresik athletes in East Java is not so good with the increasingly fierce competition of athletes. Therefore, athletes must improve the quality of their performance, by improving the physical condition of athletes. But at this moment, the whole world is in the midst of the covid-19 virus. This virus affects all aspects of life in society, especially sports activities, so many championships are postponed and affect the performance of athletes. This study aims to analyze the physical condition of female athletes based on the level of data norms for female athletes of pencak silat pagar nusa Gresik in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Types of quantitative research with descriptive quantitative approach methods. The sample of this study was 10 female athletes in the sparring category. This research instrument uses tests conducted with several physical condition tests, namely: the speed of the 30-meter sprint test, the agility of the Illinois Agility Run, strength with a 60-second push up test &60-second sit up test, and endurance using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of this study showed a speed test with the "medium" category, an agility test with a "medium" category, a push up strength test with a "good" category, while a sit-up strength test with a "very good" category, and an endurance test with a "less" category. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the female athletes of pencak silat pagar nusa Gresik have a physical condition with an average of 15.7 which is included in the "moderate" category. So that programmatic training is needed and in accordance with the condition of the athlete in order to achieve even better achievements.
