PENGARUH LATIHAN LADDER DRILL DAN ZIG-ZAG RUN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KELINCAHAN PADA ATLET FUTSAL

Abstract

Background: Sport is an activity that involves the physical body and also gives the nature of the game to the nature of wanting to try and compete with others. The sport of the game includes Futsal. This team game is in great demand by many people to improve their talents and interests. However, judging from most of the performance results of Futsal Athletes, there are problems with agility to make fast and effective movements, because agility in this sport is very necessary. Objective: From this background, there is a purpose to determine the effect of Ladder Drill and Zig-zag Run exercises in an effort to increase agility in Futsal Athletes. Method: Based on the problem, this literature review uses quantitative methods in the form of quasi-experimental research and One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The literature review is compiled from several national and international literatures that are related to or agree with the review that the author adopted according to the title. Results: The Ladder Drill exercise variable has the same effect as the Zig-zag Run exercise in an effort to increase agility in Futsal Athletes. Discussion: there are results that are related to or in line with the included literature, which explains that the Ladder Drill and Zig-zag Run training factors are important things that can increase agility in Futsal Athletes. Conclusion: The results of the literature review of Ladder Drill and Zig-zag Run exercises have been proven to have and show that there is an important influence in efforts to increase agility in Futsal Athletes.
