ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN SARANA, PRASARANA DAN MANAJEMEN KOLAM RENANG GOR SIDOARJO DALAM PERSIAPAN PORPROV 2023

Abstract

The availability and completeness of facilities and infrastructure that meet the standards have an important role in the continuity of a sport. The Sidoarjo GOR swimming pool requires further development and provision of facilities with minimal limitations. This research aims to analyze the development of facilities, infrastructure, and management in preparation for PORPROV 2023. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with observation method with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The subjects used in this research are the Head of Sports Division of Sidoarjo Regency DISPORAPAR, Sidoarjo Regency Sports Infrastructure Section, Sidoarjo GOR Swimming Pool Coordinator, Sidoarjo GOR Swimming Pool Manager, Coaches, Athletes, Visitors with a total of 23 subjects. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique with descriptive percentage method. The results showed that (1) Development of facilities and infrastructure of the Sidoarjo GOR swimming pool in the good category. (2) Development of Sidoarjo GOR swimming pool management in the very good category.
