Analisis Tingkat Motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik pada Siswa Usia 14-16 Tahun Mengikuti Sekolah Sepak Bola Amanda Kabupaten Lumajang
Abstract
Motivation is an encouragement to do something, with two motivational factors: intrinsic motivation from within and extrinsic motivation from outside. Both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are necessary to create a strong drive to achieve goals. This study aims to analyze the level of motivation of students attending the Amanda soccer school in Lumajang Regency. The study aims to determine the level of motivation from both intrinsic and extrinsic factors at the Amanda soccer school in Lumajang Regency. The study used qualitative descriptive analysis, a survey, and data collection through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 23 students aged 14-16 at the Amanda soccer school in Lumajang Regency. The results will be presented as percentages. The analysis showed that the level of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in students aged 14-16 attending the Amanda soccer school in Lumajang Regency is at a moderate level, with 43% for intrinsic motivation and 48% for extrinsic motivation.
