Analisis SWOT Kekalahan TIM Nasional Floorball Putri Indonesia Dalam AOFC 2022

Abstract

Analysis is a way to identify the strengths and weaknesses of an athlete or a team, so that later this analysis can be used as material for evaluating future matches. Match analysis itself is a process of recording the game in the context of the match. This SWOT analysis is carried out with the intention of knowing the failure factors of a team. The team is the Indonesian Women's Floorball National Team which is currently competing in AOFC 2022. Purpose to find out the factors of the defeat of the Indonesian Women's Floorball Team in AOFC using SWOT analysis which will later be used as evaluation material to correct any deficiencies that resulted in the team's defeat to be corrected in the upcoming match. will come. This type of research method is explorative descriptive qualitative with an expose facto approach. In this study, a documentation work was used which was carried out by collecting data from video footage, a match between the Indonesian Women's Floorball National Team in the AOFC 2022 competition. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the factor causing the defeat of the Indonesian women's national floorball team at the AOFC 2022 in Singapore was the athlete's lacking ability in several factors. Another problem that caused the defeat of the Indonesian women's floorball national team at AOFC 2022 was inadequate physical condition, which left Asian countries competing in AOFC 2022 behind.
