Introduction: Omera Sport is an integrated sports center located in Tasikmalaya, West Java. This facility was established to meet the community's need for modern and high-quality sports amenities, while also supporting athletic development and public health improvement. In the context of the growing sports industry, the effectiveness of operational management is a crucial aspect in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of sports facilities. Method: This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis focused on aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up in the operational management of Omera Sport. Results: The results showed that Omera Sport still applies a conventional management system but has successfully integrated various innovations in facility and sports program management. The main challenges faced include limited human resources and fluctuating user demand. Conclusion: Omera Sport's management demonstrates effectiveness in providing inclusive services that adapt to societal dynamics. Modernizing the management system and strengthening human resources are needed to improve service quality and competitiveness in the future.
