Background: Dribbling is one of the fundamental technical skills in futsal, playing a crucial role in maintaining ball possession and creating attacking opportunities. This study aimed to analyze the effect of a combined dribbling with the ball and zig-zag run training program on the dribbling skills of Jomblo FC players aged 12–15 years. Methods: This study employed an experimental method using a Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The participants consisted of 20 players selected using the total sampling technique. The training program was conducted over 12 sessions, twice a week. Dribbling skills were assessed before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the intervention and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. Results: The mean dribbling time decreased from 3.91 ± 0.13 s at pre-test to 3.17 ± 0.28 s at post-test. The paired sample t-test revealed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The combined dribbling with the ball and zig-zag run training program was effective in improving the dribbling skills of Jomblo FC players aged 12–15 years
