PENGELOLAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PESERTA DIDIK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI SEKOLAH INKLUSIF (STUDI KASUS DI SEKOLAH DASAR GALUH HANDAYANI SURABAYA)

Abstract

Abstrak

Pengelolaan proses pembelajaran bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan belajar kondusif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan proses pembelajaran peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di SD Galuh Handayani Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, psikolog, terapis, guru kelas, dan guru pembimbing khusus, sedangkan sumber data sekunder melalui dokumen dan foto. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara.  Teknik analisis data meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan meliputi pendaftaran calon peserta didik, identifikasi dan asesmen, penyesuaian kurikulum, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan penyediaan sarana prasarana; 2) pelaksanaan meliputi penerapan metode praktik dan interaktif, integrasi program terapi, kolaborasi berbagai pihak, dan pemantauan perkembangan 3) evaluasi meliputi penilaian harian, tengah semester, dan akhir semester, serta umpan balik untuk perbaikan; dan 4) faktor pendukung meliputi keterlibatan orang tua, sarana prasarana, dan kolaborasi berbagai pihak. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterlibatan orang tua, kondisi peserta didik, sumber daya manusia, dan fasilitas terapi yang kurang optimal. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan proses pembelajaran menciptakan lingkungan belajar adaptif, optimalisasi sumber daya, penguatan sikap menghargai keberagaman, dan terwujudnya model pendidikan inklusif yang adil.

Abstract

Learning process management aims to create a conducive learning environment to achieve learning objectives. This study aims to describe the management of the learning process of students with special needs at SD Galuh Handayani Surabaya. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study. Primary data sources were obtained through observations and interviews with principals, psychologists, therapists, class teachers, and special guidance teachers, while secondary data sources were documents and photographs. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research instruments were observation guidelines and interview guidelines.  Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used credibility test. The results showed that: 1) planning includes registration of prospective students, identification and assessment, curriculum adjustments, improving teacher competence, and providing infrastructure; 2) implementation includes the application of practical and interactive methods, integration of therapy programs, collaboration of various parties, and monitoring of development 3) evaluation includes daily, mid-semester, and end-of-semester assessments, as well as feedback for improvement; and 4) supporting factors include parental involvement, infrastructure, and collaboration of various parties. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include parental involvement, student conditions, human resources, and less than optimal therapy facilities. The implication of this research is that the management of the learning process creates an adaptive learning environment, optimizes resources, strengthens attitudes of respect for diversity, and realizes an equitable inclusive education model.
