PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA KOMPETENSI DASAR JACKING, BLOCKING DAN LIFTING DI SMK PGRI 1 GRESIK

Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dengan subyek penelitian peserta didik kelas X TKR 1 SMK PGRI 1 Gresik tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 35 peserta didik.Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar, aktivitas, respon peserta didik.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket yang diaplikasikan dalam bentuk instrumen penelitian. Dari analisis data hasil penelitian hasil belajar peserta didik, ranah kognitif pada siklus I sebesar 60% dan meningkat disiklus II dengan hasil 85,71%. Aktivitas peserta didik dengan penerapan model pembelajaran TAI pada siklus I sebesar 58,19% dan meningkat di siklus II menjadi 84,33%. Hasil respon peserta didik pada penerapan model pembelajaran ini yaitu sebesar 84,54%dan dikategorikan sangat baik.

Abstract

This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR), which refers to the type of cooperative learning model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) with research subjects the students of class X TKR 1 SMK PGRI 1 Gresik academic year 2016/2017, amounting to 35 learners. The variables in this study are the results of learning, activity, response learners. Data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires that are applied in the form of research instruments. From the analysis of the research data learning outcomes of students, cognitive  in the first cycle by 60% and increase in the second cycle with the result of 85.71%. Activity learners with learning model TAI application of the first cycle by 58.19% and increase in the second became 84.33%. Result response to learners on the application of this model is equal to 84,54% and categorized as very good.
