HUBUNGAN PRESTASI PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI TERHADAP MINAT BEKERJA MENJADI MEKANIK PADA SISWA KELAS XII TKR SMK NEGERI 1 PUNGGING MOJOKERTO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi praktek kerja industri siswa, minat bekerja menjadi mekanik dan mengetahui hubungan serta pengaruh prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat bekerja menjadi mekanik pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Pungging Mojokerto. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuntitatif korelasional serta regresi sederhana. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Negeri 1 Pungging Mojokerto tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling , teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sensus artinya seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Terdapat tiga instrumen yaitu instrumen prestasi praktik kerja industri yang berupa soal tes, instrumen minat bekerja menjadi mekanik yang berupa angket , dan instrumen job sheet pekerjaan siswa selama prakerin yang berupa angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Instrumen prestasi praktik kerja industri terdapat 30 butir yang dipakai dengan nilai mean 75,76 dan standar deviasi 3,400 sedangkan instrumen minat bekerja menjadi mekanik terdapat 15 butir yang valid dengan nilai mean 45,98 standar deviasi 5,952. (2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara prestasi praktik kerja industri dengn minat bekerja menjadi mekanik yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rxy 0,519 ≥ r tabel 0,236 P ≥ 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat bekerja siswa menjadi mekanik yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,269. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat bekerja siswa menjdi mekanik sebesar 26,9%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out achievement student of industrial work practices, the interest of work to be mechanical and to find out relationship and the influence of work practice achievements towards work interest to be mechanical for student class XII TKR in The State Vocational High School 1 PunggingMojokerto. This study used quantitative correlational methods and simple regression. The population of this study were student class XII TKR in The State Vocational High School 1 PunggingMojokertoin 2018/2019. This study used a sampling technique, the sampling technique wasused the census that mean all members of the population as samples.There were three instruments, industrial work practice achievement instruments in the form of test, interest of working instruments to be mechanics in the form of questionnaires, and job sheet instruments for student during industrial work practices in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study indicates that: (1) There are 30 items in the industrial work practice achievement instrument with a mean value of 75.76 and a standard deviation of 3.400 while the interest of working instruments to be mechanical has 15 valid items with a mean value of 45.98 standard deviation of 5,952.(2) There is a positive relationship between achievement of industrial work practices towards workinterest to be mechanicalas indicates by the value of rxy 0.519 ≥ r table 0.236 P 5 0.05.(3) There is an influence between the achievement of industrial work practices towards work interest on students to be mechanicalwhich is indicates by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.269. Based on these results can be known that the effect of industrial work practice achievements on the student towards work interest to be mechanical is 26.9%.
