ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN EFEKTIFITAS MESIN CETAK OFFSET SAKURAI OLIVER – 2 COLOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE OEE (OVER EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS) DI PT. LAVILA CREATIVE

PT. Lavilla Creative merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang percetakan. Perusahaan ini masih mempunyai permasalahan pada hasil produk dan jumlah permintaan yang tinggi tidak seimbang dengan hasil produksi. Salah satu metode untuk mengetahui efektifitas suatu mesin produksi adalah Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE). Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah suatu pengukuran yang dilakukan terhadap performance yang berhubungan dengan availability dari proses produktivitas dan kualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana tingkat efektifitas Mesin Cetak Offset Sakurai Oliver – 2 Color menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan (2) Aspek – aspek apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan efektfitas mesin Cetak Offset Sakurai Oliver – 2 Color.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi serta data dari arsip/dokumen perusahaan. Pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yaitu dengan pengukuran nilai yang meliputi availability, performance, dan quality. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui penyebab nilai efektifitas mesin yang rendah menggunakan diagram fishbone. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. Lavilla Creative didapat nilai OEE sebagai berikut mesin cetak offset sakurai oliver – 2 color availability 90,4%, performance 94,3%, Quality 98,1% dan OEE 83,6%. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya nilai OEE adalah breakdown, idling and minor stoppage, dan reject loss.

PT. Lavilla Creative is a company engaged in printing. This company still has problems with product yields and high demand is not balanced with production results. One method to determine the effectiveness of a production machine is the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a measurement performed on performance related to the availability of process productivity and quality. The purpose of this study is to study (1) How the effectiveness of the Sakurai Oliver Offset Printing Machine - 2 Colors using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and (2) What aspects are needed to increase the efficiency of the Sakurai Oliver Offset Printing Machine - 2 Colors . The type of research conducted is quantitative and qualitative descriptive. Data collection uses interview techniques, observations and data from company archives / documents. Processing data used in this study using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, namely by measuring values that include availability, performance, and quality. While to find out the causes of machine values using fishbone diagrams. From the results of research conducted at PT. Lavilla Creative received the OEE value as follows: sakurai oliver-2 offset printing machine color availability 90.4%, performance 94.3%, Quality 98.1% and OEE 83.6%. Factors that influence the low value of OEE are damage, idling and small termination, and reject losses.
