HUBUNGAN SEMANGAT KERJA, KEMAMPUAN KERJA, DAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PESERTA DIDIK DEPARTEMEN MANUFAKTUR DI BLKI TUBAN

Abstract

Work spirit is able encourage workers be more active. Work ability is closely related mental and physical in carrying out work. The implementation of occupational safety and health is carried out so that employees feel healthy and safe. The purpose of the study was determine the relationship between work spirit, work ability, and occupational safety and health with the work productivity students at the Tuban Indonesia Job Training Center. Quantitative descriptive research method. The research data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with instrument testing and data analysis techniques. There are two instrument testing, namely instrument validity and instrument reliability. Data analysis techniques and five lines, the first quantitative descriptive analysis. Prerequisite analysis divided into three lines, namely normality test, linearity test, and molecular test. Interpretation scores categorize based on the mean and standard deviation each variable. Hypothesis testing was carried out using simple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The determinant coefficient is intended to determine the level accuracy in the regression analysis. The expected results from this study, with the existence work spirit relationship of 0.815, work ability of 6.362 and occupational safety and health of 4.856. in manufacturing workshops, students are able to increase work productivity by 17,133. The contribution the application work ability, work spirit, occupational safety and health the work productivity of students at BLKI Tuban is 55.4%. Thus, the quality SDM from BLKI is able compete and be competent in their fields.
