SMK is an educational institution where students are educated to prepare themselves for the challenges of the world of work, but in early 2020 there was a Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease of 2019) outbreak so that the Ministry of Education and Culture issued online learning regulations. This makes students and teachers experience additional obstacles in the learning process, therefore this research refers to the value of student skills and then spreads questionnaires to teachers to find out what obstacles are experienced by teachers related to online learning carried out. The research was conducted on students of SMKN 1 Trowulan in class XI of the Welding Engineering Department in the range of 2019, 2020, 2021, the research was carried out by analyzing the value of learning outcomes between the spans of the year and producing conclusions in the form of a decrease in student achievement seen from the T-Test and N-gain tests. Then the next study was in the form of data on the results of the questionnaire response given to 13 teachers who taught class XI welding techniques during the span of 2019, 2020, 2021 and from the results of the research carried out the biggest obstacle experienced by teachers was in the facility constraints of 41.06% then followed by learning material constraints of 31.93% those teachers experienced when carrying out the learning process during the pandemic.
