Heat transfer is one of the courses whose knowledge must be owned by all students majoring in mechanical engineering. Because it is a scientific basis that must be mastered. However, based on observations, almost 58% of students have difficulty in following learning. This is because there is no learning media that can visualize the wire and tube material explained, making it difficult for students to understand the material as a whole. Based on these problems, researchers developed learning videos on wire and tube material. The development model used is ADDIE development which consists of the process of analyzing the characteristics of the students to be studied, designing storyboards and scripts, development, implementation and evaluation. In the development of learning videos, the validation stage is one of the stages that must be passed. In the development process, validation of learning videos is carried out which includes three aspects ranging from aspects of material, media and language. For the language aspect, getting a score of 83% which is included in the very decent category. In addition, the media aspect is also included in the very decent category with a value of up to 90%. For the last aspect, namely language, the validity value reaches 93% with a very decent category.
