Abstract

Students develop intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually through their education. Education is a process that is directly tied to the numerous components of a system, including teachers, students, the curriculum, resources, and infrastructure. The availability of media can explain the subject matter being studied, improving student learning results. This is why media play a significant part in the learning process. The best media among the many available media is mind mapping media.. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the usage of mind mapping tools has an impact on students' learning outcomes in the field of basic automotive engineering. This study employs non-equivalent pretest and posttests along with descriptive quantitative research using a quasi-experimental approach. The results of this study's T test demonstrate that T count is more than T table (5.499>2.036), indicating that Ha2—which asserts that Mind Mapping learning media have an impact on student learning outcomes—is accepted with a significant influence of 29.32%.
