Abstract
Heat transfer is one of the subjects that must be taught in the lecture process at the UNESA Mechanical Engineering Department. The teaching system for heat transfer courses, especially conduction material, still uses a traditional teaching system or lectures, which causes the learning process to be less than optimal. This is due to the absence of complete learning tools and the absence of conduction practice. Therefore, the development of heat transfer learning tools is expected to be able to solve problems and be able to facilitate students to receive learning materials. The type of research in this study is the 4-D development model which is composed of Define (defining), Design (planning), Develope (development), Disseminate (dissemination). Researchers use this model because it is structured with structured activities. Exploiting learning tools in the form of LKM (Student Worksheet). The results showed that the validity of the modules developed in the very feasible category was 86.6%..
