SMK YPM 1 Taman aims to equip students with specialized skills through the Dual System Education (PSG) program, aligning with the link and match policy to prepare graduates for the workforce. This study investigates the impact of industrial work practices and self-confidence on the work readiness of XI Grade students majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Conducted using an ex post facto design with a descriptive quantitative approach, the study included 129 students. Findings reveal that industrial work practices significantly enhance work readiness by 54.6%, while self-confidence attitudes contribute 12.5%. Together, these factors influence work readiness by 67.9%, highlighting their importance in vocational education.
