Abstract

This study examines the workflow, procedures, and forms of follow-up associated with reporting under the Hiyari Hatto method within PT XYZ’s OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) management system. A descriptive-qualitative research approach was employed. Data were sourced from the HSSE team's internal website and non-conformity reports within PT XYZ’s OHS management system. Data collection methods included direct observation of the HSSE team's internal website and a review of relevant documentation. The study outlines the Hiyari Hatto reporting workflow and procedures, which encompass staff login, completion of the non-conformity (NC) registration form, data compilation, and the processing of findings—which are either accepted or rejected for subsequent action. Furthermore, the follow-up measures implemented at PT XYZ include Work Orders, Job Plans, field-based follow-ups, dashboard recommendations, and incident summaries used to evaluate the procedure's effectiveness.
