PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TAKE AND GIVE DALAM KETERAMPILAN BERDIALOG BAHASA MANDARIN KELAS X BAHASA SMA NEGERI 1 CERME GRESIK TAHUN AJARAN 2018-2019

Bahasa merupakan suatu komponen yang penting bagi manusia yaitu sebagai alat komunikasi untuk saling berhubungan. Bahasa asing kini sangat penting digunakan dalam dunia kerja seiring dengan persaingan ekonomi di era global. Salah satu bahasa asing yang saat ini dipelajari yaitu bahasa Mandarin. Dalam mempelajari bahasa Mandarin terdapat 4 aspek keterampilan yang harus di kuasai siswa. Salah satu aspek yang harus dipelajari yaitu berbicara dengan keterampilan berdialog bahasa Mandarin. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Take and Give yang bertujuan mengajak siswa terlibat secara aktif dalam menyampaikan informasi materi yang telah mereka terima kepada siswa lain dengan menggunakan kartu yang di dalamnya berupa materi yang harus dipahami dan dihafalkan oleh siswa yaitu teks dialog bahasa Mandarin.

Menurut Huda (2013 : 241) istilah Take and Give diartikan saling memberi dan menerima. Model pembelajaran Take and Give adalah suatu tipe model pembelajaran yang mengejak siswa untuk saling barbagi dan menerima materi yang telah disampaikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Take and Give dalam keterampilan berdialog bahasa Mandarin siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Cerme, keefektifan penerapan model pembelajaran Take and Give dalam keterampilan berdialog bahasa Mandarin siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Cerme, dan respon siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Cerme terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Take and Give dalam keterampilan berdialog bahasa Mandarin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini berupa pre-experimental design yaitu hanya menggunakan 1 kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan bentuk one group pre-test post-test design. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah seluru siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cerme yang berjumlah 429 siswa dari 12 kelas yang terdiri dari 8 kelas IPA, 3 kelas IPS, dan 1 kelas Bahasa. Sedangkan, sampelnya yaitu kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Cerme dengan jumlah 33 siswa terdiri dari 8 siswa laki-laki dan 24 siswa perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 3 lembar instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar ­pre-test dan post-test, serta lembar angket respon siswa.

Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini telah menjawab ketiga rumusan masalah yaitu : 1) Pada analisis data observasi aktivitas guru diperoleh hasil 69% pada pertemuan pertama dengan kategori baik sedangkan pertemuan kedua 81% dengan kategori sangat baik setelah di beri perlakuan. Pada lembar observasi aktivitas siswa diperoleh hasil pada pertemuan pertama 67% sedangkan 82% pada pertemuan kedua dengan kategori sangat baik setelah diberi perlakuan dan di beri lembar post-test. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada tabel skala likert. 2) Penerapan model pembelajaran Take and Give dalam pembelajaran berbicara terhadap keterampilan berdialog bahasa Mandarin mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Nilai pre-test siswa mendapat nilai rata-rata 49,43 dan nilai ata-rata post-test siswa 77. Hasil analisis t-signifikasi diperoleh nilai batas penerimaan t (5% . 31) atau t (0,05 . db) = (0,05 . n-1) = (0,05 . 31) maka t 1,55 dan t-signifikasi t = 22,5. Jadi, t =22,5 > t = 1,55 ,diketahui H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa t-signifikasi pada penerapan model pembelajaran Take and Give terbukti efektif dan signifikan terhadap keterampilan berbicara khususnya dalam berdialog bahasa Mandarin siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Cerme. 3) Hasil analisis angket respon siswa dengan 10 pernyataan secara keseluruhan telah diperoleh dengan rata-rata presentase 81%-100%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Take and Give sangat setuju dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dalam pembelajaran berbicara terhadap keterampilan berdialog bahasa Mandarin siswa kelas X Bahasa SMA Negeri 1 Cerme.

Abstract

Language is an important component for humans, namely as a communication tool for interconnection. Foreign languages now very important to use in the world of work along with economic competition in the global era. One of the foreign languages that currently being studied is Mandarin. In learning Mandarin there are 4 aspects of skills that students must master. One aspect that must be learned is speaking with Chinese dialogue skills. The learning model used by researchers is Take and Give which aims to invite students to be actively involved in conveying material information that they have received to other students by using cards in the form of material that must be understood and memorized by students, namely the dialogue text of Mandarin.

According to Huda (2013: 241), the term Take and Give means giving and receiving. The Take and Give learning model is a type of learning model that encourages students to share with each other and accept the material that has been delivered by the teacher. This research was conducted to find out the application of Take and Give learning models in the skills of dialogue in Chinese in class X Language of Cerme 1 Public High School, the effectiveness of the implementation of Take and Give learning models in Chinese dialogue skills in class X Language Cerme 1 Public High School students, and class student responses X Language of Cerme 1 Public Senior High School towards the application of Take and Give learning models in Mandarin dialogue skills. This research is experimental research. The type of approach in this study is in the form of pre-experimental design, which only uses 1 class as an experimental class in the form of one group pre-test post-test design. In this study, the population is all students of class X SMA 1 Cerme which numbered 429 students from 12 classes consisting of 8 science classes, 3 social studies classes, and 1 language class. Meanwhile, the sample is Class X Language Cerme 1 Public High School with a total of 33 students consisting of 8 male students and 24 female students. In this study, there were 3 sheets of research instruments, namely the teacher and student activity observation sheet, pre-test and post-test sheets, and student response questionnaire sheets.

The results of data analysis in this study have answered the three problem formulations, namely: 1) In the analysis of observation data teacher activities obtained results 69% in the first meeting with a good category while the second meeting 81% with a very good category after being treated. On the observation sheet, the activity of students obtained results in the first meeting 67% while 82% in the second meeting with a very good category after being treated and given a post-test sheet. This can be seen in the Likert scale table. 2) The application of the Take and Give learning model in learning to speak to the Chinese dialogue skills experienced a significant increase. The pre-test value of students gets an average value of 49.43 and the post-test score of students 77. The results of the t-significance analysis are obtained by the acceptance limit value t (5%. 31) or t (0.05. Db) = (0.05. N-1) = (0.05. 31) then t 1.55 and t-significance t = 22.5. So, t = 22.5> t = 1.55, it is known that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the t-significance in the implementation of the Take and Give learning model proved effective and significant towards speaking skills especially in dialogue in Chinese in class X Language of Cerme 1 Public High School. 3) The results of the student response questionnaire analysis with 10 statements as a whole have been obtained with an average percentage of 81% -100%. So, it can be concluded that students responses to the application of the Take and Give learning model strongly agree and have a positive influence on learning to speak to the skills of dialogue in Mandarin in class X Language of SMA 1 Cerme.
