Dalam penelitian ini karya sastra yang akan dibahas yaitu konflik sosial dalam film《我的少女时代》
Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) karya Frankie Chen. Film tersebut mencerminkan keadaan yang sering
terjadi di kehidupan nyata, salah satunya mengenai konflik yang terjadi dalam kehidupan anak sekolah yang
terjadi demi mencapai keinginan untuk mendapatkan sebuah pengakuan atau status dengan persaingan yang
tidak baik. Konflik sosial merupakan permasalahan yang pasti timbul di setiap interaksi antar individu maupun
kelompok. Peneliti memilih tokoh utaman untuk diteliti karena tokoh utama mengalami konflik dengan sebagian
besar tokoh pendamping dalam film 《我的少女时代》Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) karya Frankie Chen.
Macam-macam konflik yang dialami oleh tokoh utama pada film 《我的少女时代》Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our
Times) karya Frankie Chen menjadikan film tersebut menarik untuk dibahas terutama konflik sosial yang
terdapat di dalamnya. Melalui film itu, beberapa konflik merupakan peristiwa umum yang sering terjadi di
masyarakat, yaitu persaingan antar siswa demi mendapatkan pengakuan dan status yang mereka inginkan.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulakn
mengenai bentuk dan penyebab konflik sosial oleh Coser serta teknik penyelesaian konflik oleh Thomas dan
Kilmann yang dialami oleh tokoh utama 林真心 Lin Truly dalam Film 《我的少女时代》Wǒ de Shàonǚ
Shídài (Our Times) karya Frankie Chen yaitu, bentuk konflik menurut Coser ada dua jenis yaitu konflik realistik
dan non-realistik. Penyebab konflik sosial pada film 《我的少女时代》Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times)
karya Frankie Chen ada dua, yaitu adanya perselisikan mengenai nilai-nilai atau tuntutan-tuntutan yang
berkenaan dengan status dan konflik sosial yang terjadi karena sumber-sumber kekayaan yang persediannya
tidak mencukupi sehingga timbullah suatu konflik. Teknik penyelesaian konflik sosial pada film 《我的少女时
代》Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) karya Frankie Chen sesuai dengan teori Thomas dan Kilman terdapat
lima teknik, yaitu dengan teknik penyelesaian konflik sosial model kompetisi, model kolaborasi, model
kompromi, model menghindar, dan teknik penyelesaian konflik model mengakomodasi.

Abstract

In this research, the literary works that will be analyzed are social conflicts in the film 《我的少女时
代》 Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) by Frankie Chen. The film reflects conditions that often occur in real
life, one of which is about conflicts that occur in the lives of students that occur in order to achieve the desire to
gain recognition or status with bad competition. Social conflict is a problem that can be arise in every interaction
between individuals and groups. The researcher chose the main character to be researched because the main
character experienced conflict with most of the side characters in the film 《我的少女时代》 Wǒ de Shàonǚ
Shídài (Our Times) by Frankie Chen. The kinds of conflicts that experienced by the main character in the film
《我的少女时代》 Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) by Frankie Chen make the film interesting to discuss,
especially the social conflicts contained in it. Through the film, several conflicts are common events that often
occur in society, that is competition between students to get the recognition and status they want. Based on the
results of the research analysis, it can be concluded about the forms and causes of social conflict by Coser as
well as conflict resolution techniques by Thomas and Kilmann experienced by the main character 林真心 Lin
Truly in the film 《我的少女时代》 Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) by Frankie Chen, that is according to
Coser, there are two types of conflict, realistic and non-realistic conflicts. There are two causes of social conflict
in the film 《我的少女时代》 Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) by Frankie Chen, that is the existence of
disputes about values or demands regarding status and social conflicts that occur due to sources of wealth whose
supplies are not sufficient so that a conflict arises. The social conflict resolution technique in the film 《我的少
女时代》 Wǒ de Shàonǚ Shídài (Our Times) by Frankie Chen is in accordance with Thomas and Kilman's
theory, there are five techniques, namely social conflict resolution techniques, competition models,

collaboration models, compromise models, avoidance models. , and conflict resolution techniques accommodate
models.
