Pasal 134 Huruf g Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan yang berbunyi pengguna jalan yang memperoleh hak utama untuk didahulukan adalah kendaraan pemadam kebakaran yang sedang bertugas, ambulan yang mengangkut orang sakit, kendaraan untuk memberikan pertolongan pada kecelakaan lalu lintas, kendaraan pimpinan Lembaga Negara Republik Indonesia, kendaraan pimpinan dan pejabat Negara asing serta lembaga internasional yang menjadi tamu Negara, iring-iringan pengantar jenazah dan konvoi/kendaraan untuk kepentingan tertentu menurut pertimbangan petugas Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kaitan konvoi moge dengan tindak pidana dan tindakan Kepolisian terhadap konvoi moge. Penelitian hukum ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Pendekatan masalah dalam peneltian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif. Konvoi moge bukan merupakan bagian dari kepentingan tertentu seperti yang teruang dalam Pasal 134 huruf g UU LLAJ, karena tidak memenuhi sebagai kendaraan yang harus diprioritaskan, serta konvoi moge tidak memenuhi kepentingan keagamaan, kepentingan kenegaraan, kegiatan olahraga, dam kegiatan seni dan budaya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan di Sleman tidak memenuhi kepentingan keagamaan, kepentingan kenegaraan, kegiatan olahraga, dan kegiatan seni budaya sehingga tidak perlu diprioritaskan untuk mendapatkan pengawalan. Konvoi moge tersebut juga mengabaikan pelanggaran lalu lintas dan tidak ditindak oleh kepolisian. Kepolisian tidak melaksanakan tugas pokok sebagai alat Negara yang berperan dalam memelihara keamanan, dan ketertiban masyarakat, menegakkan hukum, serta memberikan perlindungan, pengayoman dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam rangka terpelihanya keamanan dan ketertiban umum.

Abstract
Article 134 Sub-Article g of Law Number 22 Year 2009 Concerning Traffic and Road Transportation which reads road users who have the primary right to take precedence are fire extinguishers on duty, ambulances carrying sick people, vehicles to provide assistance in traffic accidents, the vehicle of the leadership of the State Institution of the Republic of Indonesia, the vehicle of leadership and official of the foreign State as well as the international institution which is the guest of the State, the convoy / convoy / vehicle carrying process for a particular interest according to the consideration of the officer of the Police of the Republic of Indonesia. This study has a purpose to analyze whether the big motors convoy is a crime and how the police action against big motors convoy . This legal research is a normative juridical legal research. Problem approach in this research is approach of law and case approach (case approach). The analysis used in this research is done descriptively. The Moge convoy is not a part of a particular interest as it is contained in Article 134 Sub-Article g of the LLAJ Law, because it does not fulfill as a priority vehicle, nor does the convoy moge fulfill the religious interests, state interests, sports activities, and artistic and cultural activities. Activities undertaken in Sleman do not meet the interests of religion, state interests, sports activities, and cultural arts activities so it does not need to be prioritized to get escort. And in fact the big motors convoy is also a lot of neglect of traffic violations and not acted by the police. The police do not carry out the main duty as a tool of the State that plays a role in maintaining security, and public order, enforce the law, and provide protection, shelter and service to the public in order to maintain security and public order.
