Abstract
The existence of problems in Kartini Bangkalan Kindergarten such as some children who still litter and do not care about the cleanliness of the surrounding environment is a lesson for teachers and parents so that learning clean and healthy living behavior is very important as the main capital that must be received by early childhood. In Maria Montessori's theory (in Loeziana 2017) states that children aged 0-6 years experience a period where they easily receive various stimuli and carry out various activities in understanding and mastering the environment, and the period obtained at this time will be embedded in the child's memory and become the foundation in the future. Thus, it is necessary to hold learning as early as possible so that children understand to behave clean and healthy. The busy book learning method in children has features that are very attractive to early childhood because it is equipped with a simple story with various creative contents of the book. In this case, the researcher is inspired to conduct research on the development of busy book media in order to help students, both teachers and parents, introduce how to live clean and healthy in children through busy book Cika (Cinta Kebersihan). The method used by researchers is the type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) by developing products or improving products. The research stage consists of Analysis, Design, Development.
