THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TIME MANAGEMENT AND HAPPINESS OF 'AISYIYAH BUSTANUL ATHFAL KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS IN JAKARTA

Abstract

Happiness is one of the efforts achieved by humans that results in feelings of satisfaction. Good time management for teachers is an effort to improve learning outcomes. Kindergarten teachers are happy to be able to maintain AUD learning progress and improve the quality of human resources from an early age. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time management and kindergarten teachers' happiness through the use of social media. This research uses a quantitative type with a survey method. The sample for this research was the TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal teachers in the Jakarta area, totaling 194 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire The data were analyzed using SPSS 26 for hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between time management and kindergarten teacher happiness. This is indicated by the value of Sig. The acquisition of correlation test results is 0.000 <0.05. Time management can reduce mistakes made on the job and increase successful time management. This is connected to the happiness of kindergarten teachers because it can help increase self-confidence and job satisfaction.
