PENINGKATAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI MELALUI METODE BERMAIN PERAN PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B TK MUSLIMAT NU 003 AL FITROH KOTA MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri adalah keyakinan atas kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu dengan benar dan bertanggung jawab dalam mengambik keputusan sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasinya..Peningkatan kepercayaa diri pada jenjang anak usia TK dengan pembelajaran yang menarik, menyenangkan dan diberikan berulang-ulang dengan keteladanan, pembiasaan salah satunya melalui metode bermain peran.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan metode bermain peran dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada anak kelompok B TK Muslimat NU 003 kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas anak, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan lembar observasi peningkatan kepercayaan diri Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 anak dengan jumlah laki-laki 12 anak dan perempuan 8 anak.Tehnik analisa data yang digunakan adalah statistik diskriptif. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus satu diperoleh hasil observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 65%, hasil observasi aktivitas anak sebesar 73,86% dan hasil observasi peningkatan kepercayaan diri sebesar 71,5% sehingga hasil yang diperoleh belum sesuai harapan karena target yang ditentukan yaitu sebesar 76%. Oleh karena itu dilanjutkan dengan penelitian pada siklus kedua. Hasil dari analisis siklus kedua diperoleh observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 85%, observasi aktivitas anak sebesar 80,22% dan observasi peningkatan kepercayaan diri sebesar 83,75%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepercayaan diri dapat ditingkatkan kan melalui metode bermain peran.

Abstract

Self Confidence is a belief of a person in his ability to do something correctly and responsibly in making decisions so that he can improve his achievement. Increasing self confidence in the level of kindergarten is taught with an exciting way of learning repeatedly by example, and habituation. One way to increase self confidence is by implementing through role play method.The objective of the research was to describe the implementation of role play method in improving self confidence of children of TK Al Fitroh Muslimat NU 003, Mojokerto. The research used a Classroom Action Research. The instrument of this research was children’s activities observation sheet, teacher’s activities observation sheet and “improving self confidence” observation sheet. The subjects of this research were 20 children 12 boys 8 girls.Data analysis technique used by the researcher was descriptive statistics. The results of analysis showed that in cycle I, the observation result of teacher’s activity was 65%, the observation result of the child's activity was 73.86% and the observation results of the improving self confidence was 71.5%, It means, the results had not met the researcher expectation since the target was 76 %. Therefore, this research continued to second cycle. In second cycle, the results of analysis obtained from the observations of teacher’s activity was 85%, the observation result of the children’s activity was 80.22% and the observation result of improving self confidence was 83.75%.From these results it can be concluded that improving self confidence can be implemented through the role play method.
