Emphasize the Ability in Recognizing Colors

Abstract

This action research aims to emphasize the ability in recognizing colors through colored water games. The subjects of this research are children in group B at PPT Among Siwi Bendul Merisi Surabaya with a total of 7 students, consisting 4 boys and 3 girls. This study is based on the children's abilities in recognizing colors are very limited. This study is conducted in 2 cycles. The result of the study, at cycle 1 shows 68.4% because it had not reached the indicator value of 80%, so the Action cycle 2 was carried out so that it reached 83.7%, it can be concluded that colored water play activities can emphasize the ability in recognizing colors in children in group B PPT Among Siwi Surabaya. It is recommended that colored water games be implemented continuously to emphasize the ability in recognizing colors in children at the Integrated Paud Center.
