This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of early childhood through burlap claw games. The research subjects were children aged 3 - 4 years at Dewi Kunti Integrated PAUD Surabaya with a total of 15 children. This type of research is Classroom Action Research, which is designed in the form of repeated cycles. This research is motivated by the suboptimal fine motor skills of children. Fine motor skills play an important role in child development, especially in aspects of coordination and children's grasping ability. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of 4 meetings. Based on the results of observations showed an increase, namely the first cycle of the average success of teacher activity of 52.75% increased in cycle II to 81.6%. In children's activities, the average success of cycle I reached 51.2%, which increased in cycle II to 82.4%. Children's fine motor skills in cycle I, namely 47.7%, still did not reach the success indicator so that the research had to be continued in cycle II, and an increase occurred reaching 85%, and it can be concluded that through this burlap claw game can improve children's fine motor skills.
