Upaya Peningkatan Bahasa Ekspresif Anak melalui Kegiatan Bermain Peran Kelompok B Di TK Bright Kiddie Surabaya
Abstract
This Classroom Action Research aimed to improve expressive language skills through role-playing activities. The subjects were students B at Bright Kiddie School Surabaya, with 20 students. This research was motivated by the limited expressive language abilities of the children. The study was conducted in two cycles. The results demonstrated a significant increasing in expressive language skills through role-playing activities, with an improvement of 79,68%. This improvement was reflected in an increasing vocabularies and the ability to construct more complex sentences. From the description above, it can be concluded that role-playing activities can improve the expressive language skills of student B at Bright Kiddie school. It is recommended that role-playing activities be implemented continuously to further enhance expressive language skills in kindergarten.
