PENERAPAN AKTIVITAS MELIPAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK KELOMPOK A DI TK MUSTIKA RINI SURABAYA

Abstract

Belajar melipat pada hakikatnya adalah aktivitas untuk motorik halus pada diri individu. Perubahanmotorik halus berkembang karena adanya usaha individu yang bersangkutan baik yang mencakup latihan secararutin dan aktifitas yang sesuai kemampuan dan perkembangan anak. Pada umumnya anak TK masih mengalamikesulitan dalam mengembangkan motorik halus, dan secara khusus kondisi tersebut salah satunya pengaruh darirendahnya kreativitas guru dalam menentukan metode pembelajaran kepada anak.Dalam penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan masalah sebagai berikut : Bagaimanakah hasil penerapanaktifitas melipat dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak kelompok A di TK Mustika RiniSurabaya ?. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui penerapan aktifitas melipat dalam meningkatkanketerampilan motorik halus anak kelompok A di TK Mustika Rini.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang meliputi duasiklus. Tiap siklus dilakukan secara berurutan yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan,3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Data penelitian diambil melalui observasi di kelas. Berdasarkan analisis datapenelitian dan pembahasan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan aktifitas melipat kertas mengalamipeningkatan kemampuan halus anak pada siklus I sebesar 60 % dan siklus II hasil yang di capai sebesar 85%.Perilaku yang ditunjukkkan anak pun berubah setelah diberikan tindakan. Anak lebih senang dan antusias dalammengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran serta semakin aktif. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa penerapan aktifitasmelipat kertas dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus pada anak kelompok A di TK Mustika RiniSurabaya.

Abstract

Learning of folded essentially is activity for fine motor on individual. Developing of fine motor changesdue to existence of individual effort that includes both regular exercises and activities similar with theircapability and development. In general, kindergarten children are still undergoing difficulties in developing finemotor skills, and in particular conditions it is effected by low teachers’ creativities in determining the method oflearning for children.In this study, the problem could be formulated as followed: How was the process of applying foldedactivities able to stimulate fine motor skills of children in group A at TK Mustika Rini Surabaya? The purpose ofthis study was : to know the application of folded activities to increase fine motor skills of young children ingroup A at TK Mustika Rini Surabaya.This study was classroom action research that included two cycles. Each cycles were performedcontinuously in sequence which consists of four phases: 1). Planning, 2). Action, 3). Observation, 4). Reflection.The research data was taken through observation at classroom. Based on research data analysis and discussion,thus obtained results that the implementation of folding paper activities have increased of children fine motorskills in first cycle of 60% and second cycle result achieved by 85%. Children behaviour were indicated bychanges after being given that action. Children were more excited and enthusiastic in participating of learningactivities as well as more active.It could be concluded that the implementation of folding paper activities are able to increase fine motorskills for children in group A TK Mustika Rini Surabaya.
