MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KERJA SAMA ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI BERMAIN PERAN DI TK TUNAS RIMBA
Abstract
The cooperative skills of early childhood children in Group A at Tunas Rimba Kindergarten, Sambikerep District, Surabaya City are still low. Currently, children rarely play outside with their friends. They prefer to play at home using mobile game apps, watching TV, or using other play equipment. These habits contribute to the low cooperative skills of Group A children at Tunas Rimba Kindergarten, Sambikerep District, Surabaya City. The purpose of this study was to improve the willingness and ability to cooperate among 11 children in Group A at Tunas Rimba Kindergarten, Sambikerep District, Surabaya City. In addition, it was also to test the effectiveness of role-playing methods in increasing children's willingness and ability to cooperate in play or completing group assignments. The type of research used to obtain data was Classroom Action Research, conducted in two cycles. In the pre-cycle, approximately 54.5% of children were not yet able to cooperate well. After the first cycle, there was a slight increase, with approximately 63.6% of children being able to cooperate well with their peers. In the second cycle, the cooperative skills of children in Group A of Tunas Rimba Kindergarten, Sambikerep District, Surabaya City experienced a significant increase, with approximately 81.8% of children being able to cooperate well with their peers. In conclusion, role-playing can improve children's cooperative skills because it helps them learn to socialize and communicate with others.
