MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL KONS EP BILANGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA KARTU BATANG ANGKADI KB PUSPA HATI KECAMATAN PUNGGING KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Bidang pengembangan kognitif umumnya dikembangkan melalui kegiatan mengelompokkan, mengenal bentuk, mengenal konsep, berhitung.Berdasarkan hasil observasi di KB Puspa Hati Kecamatan Pungging Kabupaten Mojokerto dalam kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan anak di KB Puspa Hati Pungging Mojokerto masih rendah.Penyebab rendahnya kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak yaitu guru kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap anak untuk aktiv dalam kegiatan. Mediakartu batang angka adalah salah satu solusi alat peraga yang merupakan fasilitas penting dalam pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanameningkatkan konsep bilangan menggunakan media kartu batang angka di KB Puspa Kecamatan Hati Pungging Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus.Setiapsiklusterdiri atas 4 tahap,yaituperencanaan, pelaksanaantindakan, observasidanrefleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak di KB Puspa Hati yang berjumlah 15 anak.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada Siklus I mengenal konsep bilangan sebesar 33%.Hasil data penelitian pada Siklus Iini berlanjut pada siklus II,karena kriteriatingkat pencapaian perkembangan anakyang diharapkan sebesar > 76% belum tercapai. Pada Siklus II diperoleh dataaktivitas anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan anak meningkat menjadi 80%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kartu batang angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan di KB Puspa Hati Kecamatan Pungging Kabupaten Mojokerto.

ABSTRACT

The field of cognitive development are generally developed through classify, recognize shapes, familiar concepts, arithmetic. Based on observations in the District Pungging KB Puspa Heart Mojokerto in children's ability to recognize the concept of numbers in KB Puspa Heart Pungging Mojokerto still low. The cause of the low ability children recognize the concept of numbers in which the teacher is not giving an opportunity to every child to inactive in activity. The media card is the number one rod props solutions which are essential in the learning facility. The purpose of this study is to determine how to improve the concept of using a media card numbers stem numbers in KB Puspa District of Hearts Pungging Mojokerto. This study uses action research design with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were children in KB Puspa Heart totaling 15 children.The data collection techniques used observation and documentation,WhileThe data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. The results of the data obtained in the first cycle activity in improving children's ability to recognize the concept of numbers by 33%. The results of the research data on the first cycle continues in the second cycle, because the criteria for the level of achievement of the expected development of the child by> 76% has not been reached. In Cycle II data showed activity in improving the child's ability to recognize the concept of child number increased to 80%. Based on these results we can conclude that the media card numbers rods can improve the ability to know the concept of numbers in KB Puspa Heart Pungging District of Mojokerto.
