Abstract

Perusahaan menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu agar menghasilkan produk yang dapat memenuhi persyaratan kebutuhan yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat. Sehingga masalah dalam ketidaksesuaian syarat–syarat mutu tersebut tidak ada. ISO 9001 adalah standar yang paling penting komprehensif dan digunakan untuk menjamin kualitas. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai “Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 Terhadap Realisasi Produk Beton Readymix di PT. SCG Jayamix”.

Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan sesuai dengan pendekatan dan pengamatan langsung pada perusahaan dengan cara yang pertama observasi untuk mencatat penerapan standar mutu manajemen dan mengecek antara manual book, yang kedua wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tidak terdapat di arsip dan dokumen perusahaan dan mencari tahu faktor kendala penerapan standar mutu, yang ketiga dokumentasi yaitu menelusuri dokumen-dokumen yang telah ada diperusahaan.

Hasil dari penerapan Realisasi Produk beton readymix PT. SCG Jayamix berdasarkan ISO 9001:2008 dari dokumen tertulis dan penerapannya di lapangan mendapatkan skor 7,5 dengan kategori baik. Sedangkan skor penilaian checklist penerapan klausal Realisasi Produk berdasarkan ISO 9001:2008 di Proyek mendapatkan skor 9,7 dengan kategori “sangat baik”.  Hal ini terjadi karena terdapat perbedaan proses yang ditinjau.. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan Realisasi Produk pada PT. SCG Jayamix dalam proses produksi beton readymix adalah koordinasi antar departemen yang minim dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM).

Abstract

The company implements a quality management system to produce products that meet the requirements expected by the community. So the problem in the non-conformity of these quality requirements does not exist. ISO 9001 is the most important comprehensive standard and is used to guarantee quality. Therefore, in this research will be discussed about "Implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 Against Actual Readymix Concrete Products in PT. SCG Jayamix".

Data collection techniques are conducted in accordance with the approach and direct observation on the company with the first way of observation to record the implementation of quality management standards and check between the manual book, the second interview to obtain information that is not in the archives and documents the company and find out the obstacles of application Quality standard, the third documentation is to browse the documents that have been there in the company.

Results from the application of Realization of readymix concrete products of PT. SCG Jayamix based on ISO 9001: 2008 from written document and its application in the field get score of 7.5 with good category. While the score of appraisal checklist of application of Product Realization clause based on ISO 9001: 2008 in Project get score 9.7 with category "very good". This happens because there are differences in the process reviewed .. The factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Product Realization at PT. SCG Jayamix in the production process of ready mix concrete is minimal inter-departmental coordination and limited human resources (HR)
