PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG DENGAN STRATEGI PETA KONSEP PADA MATERI ASAM BASA KELAS XI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 JOMBANG (IMPLEMENTION OF DIRECT INTRUCTION MODEL WITH CONCEPT MAPP STRATEGY ON ACID BASE IN XI CLASS SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 JOMBANG)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran langsung dengan strategi peta konsep, hasil belajar siswa, serta respon siswa. Sasaran penelitian yaitu kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan “post test pre test design”. Metode pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi dan metode tes hasil pre test dan post test. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar keterlaksanaan sintaks pembelajaran, metode tes hasil belajara melalui pemberian soal pre test sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung dan pemberian post test pada saat setelah proses pembelajaran berlangsung dan respon siswa diakhir pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keterlaksanaan sintaks model pembelajaran langsung dengan strategi peta konsep pada pertemuan I, II dan III secara berturut-turut mendapat nilai rata-rata 4,3, 4,2 dan 4,3 yang ketiganya termasuk kategori baik. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa pada pertemuan ke-2 dan ke-3 secara klasikal dapat tercapai dengan ketuntasan 81% pada pertemuan ke-2 dan 90% pada pertemuan ke-3. Pada pertemuan ke-1 hanya 9% siswa yang tuntas yang disebabkan pada siswa belum terbiasa untuk membuat peta konsep. Respon siswa secara keseluruhan memperoleh nilai sebesar 74% dengan kategori baik, yang artinya bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan strategi peta konsep direspon positif oleh siswa.

The purpose of this study to determine the feasibility model of direct instruction with strategy concept maps , student learning outcomes , and student responses . Target research that is class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang . The design of this study using the " pri test post-test design" . Method of collecting data through observation and testing methods and results of pre-test post-test . The research instrument used is sheet syntax feasibility study , the results of the test methods learn some vital lessons through the provision of pre-test questions before the learning takes place and the provision of post-test at the time after the learning process and students' responses at the end of the meeting . The results of this study demonstrate adherence to the syntax of direct learning model with the concept mapp strategy at meeting I, II and III respectively received an average rating of 4.3, 4.2 and 4.3 which includes all three categories. Otherwise the students study result on the second and third meeting classically reched by average 81% in seconds meeting anda 90% in the third. At the first meeting, there is only 9% student who were success because they were unsually treadted to concept map. Overall student response received grades of 74 % with good category, there is learning model with the concept map are positive respon of the students.
