KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU MATA PELAJARAN MENGGAMBAR KONSTRUKSI ATAP PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK GAMBAR BANGUNAN (TGB) DI SMK SE-SURABAYA

Abstract

Salah satu mata pelajaran produktif yang masih terasa sulit untuk dikuasai siswa adalah  mata pelajaran produktif menggambar konstruksi atap. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya yang komprehensif guna meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengajar  mata pelajaran menggambar kostruksi atap. Kemampuan guru dalam penguasaan materi pembelajaran menggambar  konstruksi atap masih belum memadai, yang mengakibatkan peserta didik tidak menguasai materi yang diajarkan dengan sebab yang belum jelas. Pada penelitian ini peneliti bermaksud mengukur kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran menggambar konstruksi atap program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) di SMK Se-Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat studi untuk mengetahui peta kompetensi pedagogik guru pengajar menggambar konstruksi atap pada program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) Di SMK se-Surabaya. Pengukuran kompetensi dilakukan dengan cara mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi dari siswa yang diajar oleh guru mata pelajaran menggambar konstruksi atap. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran menggambar konstruksi atap program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) di SMK se-Surabaya sudah baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perhitungan hasil analisis yang diperoleh angka 110,8 artinya menurut perhitungan distribusi normal angka tersebut masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran menggambar konstruksi atap pada program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) di SMK se-Surabaya sudah baik dan mampu memberikan konstribusi yang positif terhadap siswa , karena faktor tersebut merupakan penentu keberhasilan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

One of the subjects that are still productive is difficult to master subjects the student is earning  roof construction drawing. Therefore there is need for a comprehensive effort to improve the competence of teachers in teaching the subjects to draw konstruksi roof. The ability of teachers to mastery of learning to draw the roof construction is still not adequate, resulting in students not mastering the material being taught with cause is not yet clear. In this study, the researchers intend to measure teacher’s pedagogical subjects roof construction program drawing expertise Architecture Engineering program (AEP) in Se-SMK Surabaya. Thus, the author’s make a study to determine the pedagogical map drawing teacher educators roof construction expertise in Architecture Engineering program (AEP) in SMK se-Surabaya. Measurement of competence is done by finding and collecting information from students who are taught by subject teachers roof construction drawing. The results of this research can be stated that the subject teachers pedagogical roof construction program drawing expertise Architecture Engineering program (AEP) at SMK Surabaya is good. This is demonstrated by calculation of the results obtained by the analysis of 110,8 mean that numbers are the numbers in the high category.  Pedagogical subject teachers roof construction drawing on expertise Architecture Engineering Program (AEP) at SMK se-Surabaya is well and able to contribute positively to the students, because it is a critical success factor in the process of teaching and learning activities.
