FOCUS

International Journal of Community Service and Empowerment is an open-access and peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research and practices in community development and empowerment. The journal provides a platform for scientific studies that integrate research-based interventions, participatory approaches, and sustainable strategies aimed at improving community welfare and resilience. Published articles include empirical research, conceptual and theoretical analyses, and critical reviews that contribute to transformative and measurable community empowerment.

 

SCOPE

The journal welcomes high-quality manuscripts covering theoretical and practical dimensions of community empowerment and development, including but not limited to:

  • Sustainable community development and community-based empowerment initiatives

  • Participatory research methodologies (PAR, CBPR, service learning, ABCD, and community-based evaluation approaches)

  • Social mapping, needs assessment, impact measurement, and program evaluation

  • Skill development, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, and economic resilience

  • Digital transformation, innovation, and technology adoption for community enhancement

  • Social inclusion, education, health promotion, and environmental empowerment

  • Public policy, governance, institutional collaboration, and partnership models for community support

The journal encourages interdisciplinary submissions and promotes research that demonstrates measurable outcomes, knowledge advancement, and long-term societal impact.

Publication Frequency

Prosperity: International Journal of Community Service and Empowerment is published two times a year, with regular issues scheduled for April, and November.
