MANAJEMEN PENYELENGGARAAN SISTEM KREDIT SEMESTER DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI BANGKALAN

Abstract

Sistem kredit semester adalah sistem peyelenggaraan program pendidikan yang peserta didiknya menentukan sendiri beban belajar dan mata pelajaran yang diikuti setiap semester pada satuan pendidikan. Dengan fokus penelitian (1) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasian, dan evaluasi Penyelenggaraan sistem kredit semester di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bangkalan; (2) Faktor Penunjang Penyelenggaraan sistem kredit semester di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bangkalan; (3) Penghambat sistem kredit semester di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bangkalan; (4) Upaya sekolah menyikapi faktor penghambat dan penunjang sistem kredit semester di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bangkalan.
Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data. Untuk menguji keabsahan data tersebut menggunakan teknik-teknik meliputi credibility, transferability, dependability (reliabilitas), dan confirmability.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penyelenggaraan Sistem Kredit Semester di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bangkalan berfikir kemasa depan yang terintegrasi dalam sebuah pengambilan keputusan pengembangan kurikulum untuk pendidikan yang berkualitas, peserta didik wajib menempuh minimal 159 sistem kredit semester dalam satu semesternya. Dengan 30 menit per 1 jam mata pelajaran untuk sks 4 semester dan 45 menit untuk sks 6 semester. Beban mengajar guru minimal 14 jam mata pelajaran dan maksimal 40 jam pelajaran. Penyelenggaraan berjalan secara efektif dengan menggunakan model implementasi yang inovatif dan didukung program unggulan untuk membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Evaluasi dilaksanakan mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan yang bersifat komprehensif dengan metode rapat kordinasi dan pertemuan antar komponen sekolah (2) faktor penunjang (a) aspek siswa; (b) tenaga pendidik yang berkompeten; dan (c) sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. (3) Faktor penghambat (a) Guru; (b) Wali murid. (4) Upaya Sekolah menyikapi faktor penunjang dan penghambat (a) Melakukan rapat kordinasi, pertemuan dengan wali murid serta rapat pleno tahunan untuk mengetahui perkembangan implementasi program sistem kredit semester, (b) Melibatakan orang tua siswa dalam melakukan pengawasan pembelajaran.

System Credit Semester is an establishment of educational program in which students select their own learning load and subjects they take in a semester. Learning load in every System Credit Semester was entittled in a credital semester. Learning load in one System Credit Semester consists of an hour face-to face learning, an hour of structured assessment and an hour of independent activity. With the application to improve the level of accuracy, usefulness and the result of education which are related at once with student scoring system. With research focuss (1) the management of establishment of System Credit Semester in State Islamic Boarding School of Bangkalan ; (2) supporting factor of establishment of System Credit Semester in State Islamic Boarding School of Bangkalan (3) resisting factor of establishment of System Credit Semester in State Islamic Boarding School of Bangkalan ; (4) School’s effort in evaluating both of the factors.
This study applied quantitative approach with research case planning study. Data collection techniques in this study were interviewing, observstions and documenting. The data was analysed by data reduction technique, data serving and data verivication. To verify the validity of the data, this study applied
a number of techniques such as credibility, transferability, dependability (reliability) and confirmability.
The result showed that (1) the establishment of System Credit Semester in State Islamic High School of Bangkalan was integrated into the selection of curriculum development decision for the better quality of education, the students were obligated to take minimum 159 system credit semester in a semester. By 30 minutes per 1 hour subject for 4th semester and 45 minutes for 6th semester. Teacher’s teaching hour was 114 hours and max 40 hours. The establishment run effectively by the implementation model which was innovative and supported by the best program to improve the quality of education. The evaluation was run weekly, monthly and annually which was comprehensive with coordination meeting method and meeting which involved all school components. (2) supporting factors a) student’s aspect; b) integrated teacher and c) well-facilitated elements. 3) resisting factors a) teachers b) parents. 4). School evaluation to solve both the factors a) undergoing coordinated meeting, meeting with the parents and annual meeting to know the development of implementation of System Credit Semester b) Involving parents in supervising the teaching program.
