Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka dalam Meningkatkan Potensi Peserta Didik di Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam terkait manajemen kurikulum merdeka dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan dukungan warga sekolah terkait kurikulum untuk meningkatkan potensi peserta didik pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan peneliian tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan  pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan data yang peneliti gunakan  observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.  Informan dalam penelitian ini  yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum,  guru kelas jenjang KB, TK, SD, dan SMP. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah teknik analisis data milik Miles dan  Huberman yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) perencanaan kurikulum yang dilaksanakan oleh pimpinan yayasan, kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, fasilitator, dan komite ketika tahun ajaran baru setiap semester melalui rapat  kerja. (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kurikulum merdeka mandiri berbagi dengan 4 muatan khusus yang berisi program-program dengan tujuan peserta didik dapat meningkatkan potensi masing-masing. Program 4 muatan khusus tersebut meliputi tahfidz, entrepreneurship, pengembangan bakat, dan digitalisasi. (3) evaluasi kurikulum dilaksanakan melalui evaluasi formal dan evaluasi informal. Evaluasi formal dilaksanakan setiap bulan maupun setiap semester dengan diikuti oleh seluruh pihak yayasan dengan tujuan membahas seluruh kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dan peningkatan peserta didik. Evaluasi informal dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan refleksi oleh fasilitator kepada peserta didik ketika selesai pembelajaran. (4) dukungan dan peran warga sekolah maupun sarana prasarana yang memadai membuat manajemen kurikulum di Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the management of the independent curriculum in planning, implementing, evaluating, and supporting school members regarding the curriculum to increase the potential of students in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the Alam Citra Insani School Foundation (SACI) Lamongan. In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques that researchers use observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were school principals, curriculum assistants, class teachers at the KB, Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle School levels. The data analysis technique that the researchers used was Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique which consisted of four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) curriculum planning is carried out by foundation leaders, school principals, vice curricula, facilitators, and committees during the new school year every semester through work meetings. (2) the implementation of the curriculum is carried out using the independent independent curriculum shared with 4 special contents which contain programs with the aim of students being able to increase their individual potential. The 4 special content programs include tahfidz, entrepreneurship, talent development, and digitalization. (3) curriculum evaluation is carried out through formal evaluation and informal evaluation. Formal evaluations are carried out every month or every semester with the participation of all foundation parties with the aim of discussing all the activities that have been carried out and the improvement of students. Informal evaluation is carried out through reflection activities by the facilitator to students when learning is finished. (4) the support and role of the school community and adequate infrastructure make curriculum management at the Alam Citra Insani School Foundation (SACI) Lamongan run well and in accordance with the goals expected by the school.
