PERAN WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI ANTARA ETHICAL CLIMATE TERHADAP WORKPLACE DEVIANT BEHAVIOR

Abstract

This research is a literature study. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of ethical climate with distorted behavior in the workplace and how the role of workplace spirituality as a mediating variable among the relationships. This approach is based on 18 empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using search engine methods. The results showed a negative relationship between the ethical climate and workplace deviant behavior. The next results also confirm the mediating role of workplace spirituality in the relationship between ethical climate and deviant behavior in the workplace. By emphasizing workplace spirituality in organizations can improve the ethical climate, and therefore reduce the level of workplace deviant behavior effectively Keywords: ethical climate; workplace deviant behavior; workplace spirituality.
