PERAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MILENIAL: STUDI LITERATUR
Abstract
Maintaining work-life balance has become one of the issues faced by many employees and organizations all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of work-life balance and job satisfaction on millennial employee performance. The literature study was based on 22 empirical studies from any national and international journals. The result suggests that work-life balance and job satisfaction were significantly related to job performance in the millennial generation. Millennial employees interested in work-life balance and flexibility, it will affect job satisfaction and improve their job performance. The limitation of this research is only for the full-time millennial employee, who was born in 1980-2000. For further research, it can compare part-time and full-time workers to find out the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction on millennial employee performance.
