ENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT (NUMBER HEAD TOGETHER) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF-EFFICACY SISWA KELAS XI PADA MATERI POKOK LAJU REAKSI (IMPLEMENTATION COOPERATIVE NHT (NUMBER HEAD TOGETHER) LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENT’S SELF-EFFICACY CLASS XI IN THE SUBJECT MATTER OF REACTION RATE)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, mengetahui peningkatan self-efficacy siswa melalui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Number Head Together) pada materi pokok laju reaksi kelas XI IPA-5 di SMAN 11 Surabaya. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah “One-Group Pretest - Posttest Design”. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur self-efficacy siswa adalah lembar angket self-efficacy dan lembar pengamatan perilaku self-efficacy, untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa diberikan soal pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan: 1) Rata-rata skor keterlaksanaan pada pertemuan pertama sebesar 3,72, pertemuan kedua sebesar 3,81, dan pertemuan ketiga sebesar 3,93 ; 2) Nilai rata-rata self-efficacy siswa berdasarkan hasil angket meningkat dari pretest dan postest sebesar 58,46 dan 80,16; 3) Nilai rata-rata perilaku self-efficacy siswa selama 3 kali pertemuan sebesar 83,58.

The aims of this research are to know feasibility of learning, to determine the increase student’s self-efficacy through the implementation of cooperative number head together learning in the subject matter of reaction rates in class XI IPA-5 at SMAN 11 Surabaya. The design of this study is “One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Instrument used to measure students' self-efficacy is a sheet of self-efficacy questionnaire and a sheet of self-efficacy behavioral observation, to determine student learning outcomes given matter of pretest and posttest. Research results obtained : 1) The average value of learning feasibility at meeting I was 3,72, at meeting II was 3,81, at meeting III was 3,93 ; 2) The average value of student’s self-efficacy based on the results of the questionnaire increased from pretest 58,46 into 80,16 at postest; 3) The average value of the behavior of student’s self-efficacy has increased every meeting at 83,58.
