Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan self-efficacy siswa, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dan hubungan antara self-efficacy dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan strategi POGIL pada materi ikatan kimiadi kelas X MIA 4 SMAN 11 Surabaya.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-experimental.Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah “One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design”.Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Surabaya.Instrumen yang digunakan, antara lain: lembar angket self-efficacy, lembar pengamatan perilaku self-efficacy, soal pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa(1)Nilai rata-rata self-efficacy siswa meningkat yakni menjadi 86,17%; (2)Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 2,19 saat pretest menjadi 3,08saat postest; (3)Terdapathubungan positif antara self-efficacy dan hasil belajar siswa dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,707.

This study aims to determine the increase in self-efficacy of students, improving student learning outcomes, and the relationship between self-efficacy and student learning outcomes through the implementation of strategies POGIL on chemical bonding material in class X MIA 4 SMAN 11 Surabaya.This type of research is pre-experimental.The design of this study is “One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. The subject of this research were XI grade student’s of SMA Negeri 11 Surabaya.Instrument used areself-efficacyquestionnaire sheet,self-efficacy behavioral observation sheet, pretest and posttest. The results of this study were (1)The average value of student’s self-efficacy increased to 86,17%; (2)The average value of student learning outcomes increased from 2,19 to 3,08 when the pretest posttest; (3)There is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0,707.
