IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH (PBM)UNTUK MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN SELF EFFICACY PADA MATERI POKOK FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI LAJU REAKSI KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 4 SIDOARJO (IMPLEMENTATION PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING MODEL (PBM) FORCRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND SELF EFFICACY IN THE MATTER OFSIGNIFICANT FACTORS AFFECTING THE RATES OF REACTION CLASS XI IN SMAN 4 SIDOARJO)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir kritis, self efficacy, dan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 SMAN4 Sidoarjo dengan rancangan penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi, metode tes, dan metode angket self efficacy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa berhasil dilatihkan dengan adanya peningkatan nilai test yang dilihat melalui nilai n-gainyang diperoleh setiap siswa bernilai positif dan mempunyai rata-rata peningkatan 0,7 dengan kriteria tinggi; (2) Self efficacy siswa berhasil dilatihkan dengan adanya peningkatan perilaku self efficacy pada setiap pertemuan dan terjadi peningkatan nilai angketself efficacyyang dilihat melalui nilai n-gainyang diperoleh bernilai positif dan mempunyai rata-rata peningkatan 0,4 dengan kriteria cukup;(3) Hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100%.

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills, self-efficacy, and student learning outcomes after the application of problem-based learning model. The target of this research is a class XI student of Mathematics 1 in SMAN 4 Sidoarjo with the research design One-group pretest-posttest design. Methods of data collection is observation, test methods, and self-efficacy questionnaire methods.The results of this research show that (1) The ability of students critical thinking is success to be trained by the improvement of self efficacy behavior in every meeting. Beside that, the improvement of self efficacy questionnaire mark is seen  by n-gain score was got positive value and have average increase 0.7 with high criteria;(2)Self efficacy of the students is success to be trained by the improvement questionnaire mark which is seen by n-gain scorewas got positive value and have average increase 0.4 with enough criteria; (3) the result of the study is the student got the improvement  by the classical completeness result as a 100%.
