LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) BERORIENTASI KETERAMPILAN PROSES MATERI ZAT ADITIF MAKANAN UNTUK SISWA TUNARUNGU SMALB-B (STUDENT WORKSHEET SKILLS PROCESS ORIENTED FOOD ADDITIVES MATERIALS FOR DEAF STUDENTS SMALB-B)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKS berorientasi keterampilan proses yang layak untuk siswa tunarungu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMALB-B Pertiwi Mojokerto.  Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development, R & D). Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas lembar telaah, lembar validasi,dan  lembar angket respon siswa. Materi pembelajaran adalah zat aditif makanan (bahan tambahan makanan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosentase kelayakan ditinjau dari kriteria komponen LKS, kecermatan isi, penyajian, kebahasaan, keterbacaan, ilustrasi,  kesesuaian LKS dengan keterampilan proses, dan respon siswa berturut-turut sebesar 89,14%; 93,99%; 89,06%; 83,74%; 92,71%; 84,72%; 92,17%; dan 89%. Berdasarkan hasil prosentase tersebut, maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LKS sudah layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran siswa tunarungu.

The aims of this research to develope student worksheets skills process oriented for students with hearing impairment. The subjects were students SMALB-B Pertiwi Mojokerto. Research design is a research and development (Research and Development, R & D). Research instrument consisting of sheets of the study, validation sheet, and student questionnaire responses sheet. Learning materials are food additives. The results showed that the percentage of feasibility criteria in terms of the components of the content, accuracy of content, presentation, language, readability, illustrations, worksheets compliance with process skills,  and student responses were respectively 89,14%; 93,99%; 89,06%; 83,74%; 92,71%; 84,72%; 92,17%; and 89%. Process skill the students in terms of student worksheet is good. Students were very positive response to the worksheets that were developed, this means that the student worsheet feasible to use in teaching students with hearing impairment.
