Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pra Eksperimen (pre experimental design) dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan  adalah One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri Kesamben Jombang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi keterlaksaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together dan lembar soal tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persentase rata-rata keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together pada pertemuan I sebesar 77,78% (sangat baik) dan pertemuan II sebesar 86,11% (sangat baik) dan ; (2) Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa berhasil dilatihkan dengan adanya peningkatan nilai tes yang dilihat melalui rata-rata nilai n-gain pada pertemuan pertama sebesar 0,67 dengan kriteria sedang dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 0,54 dengan kriteria sedang

This aim of this study  to determine the feasibility of learning and critical thinking skill  after the application of cooperative learning model with  Numbered Heads Together type in electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution  matter. The type of this research was pre experimental design and the design of this research was One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The subject of this research was student of Science X-1 in SMA Negeri Kesamben. The instruments that used in this were observation sheet of cooperative learning model with  Numbered Heads Together type  feasibility and sheet of critical thinking skill tes.. The result of this research showed that (1) Average percentage of cooperative learning model with  Numbered Heads Together type feasibility at meeting I was 77,78% (excellent) and at meeting II was 86,11% (excellent); (2) The ability of student critical thinking  is succes to be trained by improvement of critical thinking test is seen by n-gain score at meeting I was 0,67 in medium category and at meeting II was 0,54 in medium category;
