PENERAPAN STRATEGI MAKE DECISION DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD PADA MATERI POKOK HIDROKARBON UNTUK MEMBENTUK KARAKTER PEDULI SISWA KELAS X-6 SMA NEGERI 2 LAMONGAN (IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MAKE DECISION STRATEGIES IN COOPERATIVE LEARNING TYPE STAD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter peduli siswa setelah menerapkan strategi make decision dalam pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada materi pokok hidrokarbon kelas X-6 SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian One-Shot Case Study yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan satu kelas yang terdiri dari 32 siswa dengan memberikan perlakuan tertentu untuk mengetahui perubahan yang terjadi akibat perlakuan yang dinilai berdasarkan pengamatan oleh enam orang pengamat dalam pembelajaran selama tiga pertemuan melalui Lembar Pengamatan Karakter Peduli Siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter peduli dari 32 siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran adalah sebanyak 31,25% siswa dapat meningkatkan karakter pedulinya, sebanyak 31,25% siswa dapat mempertahankan karakter pedulinya (stabil), sebanyak 21,87% siswa mengalami peningkatan sekaligus penurunan (naik-turun), dan sebanyak 15,63% siswa mengalami penurunan karakter pedulinya.

Kata Kunci : Strategi make decision, pembentukan karakter peduli siswa, dan hidrokarbon.

Research is aimed to know the creation of students’s care character after implementing the make decision strategy in cooperative learning type STAD on subject matter hydrocarbon in X-6 class of SMA 2 Lamongan. This research is research One-Shot Case Study that is research using a class consisting of 32 students by giving a particular treatment to acknowledge the changing occurring due to treatment is valued on observation by six people observers in their experiences during three meetings through pieces of observation sheets of students’s care character. The result obtained were analyzed so that it can be taken the conclusions of research. The results showed that implementation of care characters of 32 students attend as many as 31,25% is learning students can improve the their care characters, as many as 31,25% of students can maintain their care characters (stable), as much as 21,87% students has increased and decreased (up and down), and as much as 15,63% students decline their care characters.
