IMPLEMENTASI MODEL GIL BERBASIS LSLC PADA MATERI HUKUM DASAR KIMIA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

The application of the learning model in chemistry subject hasn’t implemented optimally according to the syntax will affect student activity. To resolve this, lesson study for learning community (LSLC) can be applied. There is a learning community that have role to improve teacher competence in every learning process so learning models implementation can be optimally implemented according to the syntax. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of guided inquiry learning (GIL) model based on LSLC in topic basic laws of chemistry to students grade X SMA N 9 Padang learning outcomes. The research subject was students of class X3 as experiment class and X4 as control class. The research method is quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The research instrument is pretest-posttest questions and analyzed with n-gain test, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. Based on data processing, the average n-gain of experiment class is higher than control class 0,6>0,3 and conclude there was an increased learning outcome in experiment class. Based on hypothesis test use t-test, tcount>ttable 2,99>1,667 so can be conclude there is an influence of implementation GIL model based on LSLC to student learning outcomes.
