PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN SISWA BERORIENTASI LEARNING CYCLE 7-E PADA MATERI POKOK LAJU REAKSI UNTUK MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS (HE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT ACTIVITY WITH LEARNING CYCLE 7-E ORIENTATION IN MAIN MATTER OF RATE REACTION TO TRAIN SCIENCE PROCESS SKILLS)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari Lembar Kegiatan Siswa berorientasi Learning Cycle 7-E pada materi pokok laju reaksi untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas XI SMA. Desain penelitian pengembangan menggunakan Research and Developmet (R&D), tetapi penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap uji coba produk secara terbatas. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas lembar telaah, lembar validasi, dan lembar angket respon siswa. Subyek penelitian yaitu 1 dosen kimia, 2 guru kimia, dan 12 siswa kelas XISMA Negeri 1Gedangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lembar Kegiatan Siswa berorientasi Learning Cycle 7-Elayak berdasarkan penilaian dari validator dan respon siswa sebesar ≥61%.Penilaian validator berdasarkan kelayakan kriteria isi, penyajian, kebahasaan, kesesuaian dengan model Learning Cycle 7-E, dan kesesuaian dengan komponen keterampilan proses sains menunjukkan persentase sebesar92,50%, 91,67%, 89,06%, 88,83%, dan 94,05%. Penilaian siswa terhadap Lembar Kegiatan Siswa menunjukkan respon positif dengan persentase kelayakan berdasarkan kriteria isi, penyajian, kebahasaan, kesesuaian dengan model Learning Cycle 7-E, dan kesesuaian dengan komponen keterampilan proses sains sebesar 88,89%, 91,67%, 91,67%, 91,07%, dan 97,03%.

The aim of this research is to know the feasibility of Student Activity with learning cycle 7-Eorientation in main matter of rate reaction to train science process skills of senior high school studentgrade XI. The design of development research use Research and Development (R&D), which was limited until limited trials of product. Research of instrument consist of sheets of study, validation sheet, and student questionnaire responses sheet.  Subject of the research are1 chemistry lectures, 2 chemistry teacher and 12 students of SMA Negeri 1Gedangan in grade XI. The results showed that the student activity with learning cycle 7-Eorientation is feasible based on appraiser evaluated and student’s response ≥61%. Percentages of appraiservalidated based on feasibility of content criteria, presentation, language, suitability with learning cycle 7-Emodel, and suitability with component of science process skillsare 92,50%, 91,67%, 89,06%, 88,83%, and94,05%. Students give positive response to Student Activity based on feasibility of content criteria, presentation, language, suitability with learning cycle 7-Emodel, and suitability with component of science process skillsare 88,89%, 91,67%, 91,67%, 91,07%, dan 97,03%.
