DEVELOPMENT OF CHEMO LYSIS MULTIMEDIA TO REDUCE STUDENT MISCONCEPTIONS ON ELECTROLYSIS MATTER (PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA CHEMO LYSIS UNTUK MENGURANGI MISKONSEPSI SISWA PADA MATERI ELEKTROLISIS)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia Chemo Lysis berasarkan penilaian dosen dan guru kimia serta respon siswa. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui pergeseran pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi sel elektrolisis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D (four D models), namun penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop (pengembangan) saja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan lembar angket, lembar observasi, dan lembar tes yang dianialisis dengan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini penilaian kelayakan media dari dosen kimia dan guru kimia SMA meliputi kualitas isi dan tujuan sebesar 96,875%, kualitas instruksional sebesar 87,5%, kualitas teknis sebesar 95,83%, dan kebahasaan sebesar 100%. Adapun dari respon siswa meliputi tampilan media sebesar 100%, kejelasan isi 100%, kejelasan bahasa sebesar 90,00%, dan motivasi belajar sebesar 96,67%. Serta pergeseran pemahaman konsep siswa yaitu terdapat peningkatan persentase siswa yang tahu konsep sebesar 48,45%, pengurangan persentase siswa yang tidak tahu konsep sebesar 39,11%, dan pengurangan persentase siswa yang miskonsepsi sebesar 9,33%.

The aims of this study to determine the feasibility of multimedia Chemo Lysis based assessment chemistry lecturer, teacher and student responses . In addition, to determine the shift in the students' understanding of the concept of electrolysis cell materials . This research is the development of the model of 4 - D ( four D models ) , but this study is only conducted to develop stage ( development ) only. Data collection methods used were using a questionnaire sheet , observation sheets , and test sheet dianialisis with the descriptive analysis. The results of this study eligibility assessment media from chemistry professors and high school chemistry teacher covers the quality content and purpose as much as 96,875% , as much as 87,5% on instructional quality , technical quality as much as 95,83 % , and linguistic as much as 100% . As of student responses include media display by 100 % , 100 % clarity of content , clarity of language as much as 90,00 % , and the motivation to learn as much as 96,67%.As well as a shift in students  understanding of the concept that there is an increase in the percentage of students who know the concepts as much as 48,45% , a reduction in the percentage of students who do not know the concept as much as39,11 %, and a reduction in the percentage of students whose misconceptions as much as 9,33 % .
